Refund & Return Policy – SlabArmor

At SlabArmor, everything is built around one goal: making premium slab protection accessible and reliable for collectors.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly (typically within 1–2 business days), so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible once an order is placed.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.
In that case, you can return the items after delivery for a full refund.

Shipping Notes

We’ve recently upgraded our fulfillment system to improve speed and consistency.

  • Processing: ~1–2 business days

  • Shipping: typically ~7–10 days once in transit

  • Tracking may appear quiet early on while the package is moving through initial stages
